Save your smile.

Nearly 50% of people will lose one or more adult teeth at some point in their life. Unfortunately, when a tooth is lost, the effects can include bone loss in the jaw leading to a sunken facial appearance; difficulty eating and speaking naturally; misaligned bite leading to TMJ pain; and increased risk of gum disease and decay.

Fortunately, at Blue Bird, we offer high-tech dental implants that are strong, stable, durable, natural-looking, and functional.

Single Tooth Implant

Suffering a damaged or missing tooth doesn't mean having to stop there. A single implant can easily restore your smile as it acts and looks like a normal tooth. It includes a high-quality Italian brand implant screw and a bespoke crown for an overall natural-looking smile.

Full Arch Replacement

Missing all your teeth can have a significant impact on your ability to chew, smile, and live with confidence. A full arch replacement using all-on-4 or all-on-6 implants is a great alternative to traditional full or partial dentures. Blue Bird is a judgement-free clinic; coming to see us to fix your missing teeth is a huge step, and our team celebrates that.

Multiple Teeth Implants

2 or more implants can be used to replace multiple missing teeth. The implants provide the support for a bridge which will span the space of the missing teeth. Our team is dedicated to providing the best solutions to save your smile.

Sinus Lift & Bone Graft

Sometimes, for an implant procedure to be successful, treatments such as sinus lift and bone graft are needed. Rest assured that our Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon will assess each individual case and provide the best suitable care.

Getting Started

Successful tooth implant procedures require a foundation of healthy bone and gums. Before starting an implant procedure, we’ll assess your oral health and work with you to create a bespoke treatment plan, all during your free implant consultation.

Real people. Real smiles.

You're in good hands

I have had the pleasure of being a patient for a long dental treatment at Blue Bird Dentistry. My experience here was a dream; from the friendly faces at reception to my dentist Dr Angeliki and her lovely assistant Rozhan. Both were always welcoming and sweet whilst remaining almost perfectionist in their work. I was able to feel comfortable in their clinic whilst well informed of all the next steps in my treatment. Iv recommended them to all my friends and family and would highly recommend everyone to give them a go. I will be continuing to come here for any dental concerns.

Frequently Asked Questions

You've got questions, we've got answers.

Don't see the answer you're looking for?

  • How do I get started with Invisalign?
Your path to a confident smile begins with a free Invisalign consultation! Our Invisalign Provider Dentists will discuss your goals and outline a bespoke plan for your smile transformation. You can book online or fill in the contact form below and one of our team members will get in touch.
  • What can I expect during my Invisalign Consultation?
During your Invisalign Consultation, we will examine your smile and discuss your needs & wants. This will include: a sneak peek at your new smile with a 3D digital scan, a comprehensive dental examination and a bespoke treatment plan.
  • How much will my Invisalign treatment cost?
Like any other type of orthodontic treatment, the price of Invisalign treatment depends on the complexity of your dental correction and your course of treatment. Your payment options include: upfront payment, payment plan or interest-free finance (0%). You can find our price guide here.
  • How long will my Invisalign treatment take?
The length of treatment depends on multiple factors, like how complex your case is and how often you wear your aligners. Your Invisalign dentist will determine exactly how long your treatment could take based on your specific needs. On average, Invisalign treatment time is 12 to 18 months, though you can start seeing results in a matter of weeks.
  • Is Invisalign painful?
Invisalign treatment moves your teeth by applying gentle, constant force, but some people do feel temporary discomfort for the first few days of wearing a new set of aligners. Typically, people describe it as feeling “pressure” and it’s normal — it’s a sign your Invisalign clear aligners are working and transforming your smile. Please see your Invisalign dentist if you have any concerns or experience continued discomfort.
  • Will I need to wear a retainer after Invisalign?
Our Invisalign Provider Dentists recommend that anyone who has completed orthodontic treatment, whether with braces or Invisalign treatment, use a retainer to prevent teeth from gradually shifting back toward their initial position. Our team provides complimentary removable retainers alongside your Invisalign treatment.
